Kaidan Kiho - made especially for you
The Kaidan Kiho villa, planned to accommodate 8+2 persons, is made of truly sturdy logs with top diameter of up to 250 mm / 0.8 ft. You won't easily find another villa of such a sturdy make! The total space of the villa is 185 m2 / 1,991 sq ft – almost 20 m2 / 215 sq ft per each person.
The two-storey villa has a hall, living-room, kitchen, two bedrooms (2+2), sauna with dressing and washing rooms (incl. WC), and terrace downstairs, and a four-bed bedroom, hall, alcove and WC upstairs (see the floor plan). The villa sleeps up to ten persons, of which two upstairs in the alcove.
The earthy and intimate villa, located in peaceful natural surroundings, is equipped with the latest technology and a variety of conveniences: the four televisions with DVD players, appropriate sound reproduction and Viasat satellite channels (including Russian NTV) and the sauna with jacuzzi and cold water fall guarantee that both holiday makers and meeting participants will enjoy themselves. Karaoke lovers will also find their entertainment at Kaidan Kiho! Furthermore, the wireless broadband connection enables efficient working or relaxed web surfing anywhere – at the end of the jetty, if you like.
Bed linen and thick towels for twelve persons are included in the rent. No separate fees will be charged for final cleaning, the use of broadband, rowing boat or gas grill. For further information, please see reservation terms and conditions (link).
